The 2011 Vancouver Island University Leadership Conference was a great success bringing, together students from all backgrounds to develop their leadership skills through keynote speakers, seminars, workshops, networking opportunities and social events.

This year’s executive team was a high-energy group of business students who were very excited to be presenting the event. They worked diligently since winter of 2010 organizing details right down to the finishing touches, and it showed.

The VILC team has already began thinking about how to make next year's conference bigger and better, so stay tuned in the new year.
